Preparation
  1. In a tall glass, pour 1 cl of CRUZ White Port with a slice of ginger and then fill with ice cubes
  2. Pour in another 7 cl of CRUZ White Port and add a sprig of rosemary
  3. Top up with Tonic
  4. Mix and serve
