Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie over a low heat.
  2. Add the egg yolks. Beat well. Add the sugar and flour and then gently fold in the egg whites beaten into stiff peaks.
  3. Grease and flour a spring-form cake tin. Add the batter.
  4. Bake in a medium oven (approx. 180°C) for 20 mins.

  • 200 g quality cooking chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 level tbsp flour
