Cinnamon apple crumble

Preparation
  1. Peel and quarter the apples.
  2. Cook them in a covered pan for 10 mins.
  3. While cooking, add a glass of water, the sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Put the flour in a mixing bowl, make a well in the centre and pour in the melted butter. Stir until you have a grainy dough.
  5. Add the sugar and stir with a wooden spoon until the sugar is totally blended in to the mixture.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
  7. Grease a baking dish and pour the apple preparation into it. Cover the apples with the crumble mixture. Cook for 30 mins.

  • 4 apples
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 glass of water
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g brown sugar
