Smoked salmon and mascarpone canapes

Preparation
  1. Finely slice the salmon and mix with the mascarpone. Season this creamy mixture, remembering the salty taste of smoked salmon.
  2. Cut the sandwich bread into decorative shapes (triangles, circles, stars, etc.) and toast.
  3. Garnish the toasted shapes with the salmon and mascarpone mixture.
  4. Decorate with a sprinkling of dill and one or two drops of lemon juice.
